In this course, the main dish is char-grilled "Wagyu" beef. We offer a variety of dishes with a little bit of extravagance and seasonal ingredients. This is an omakase omakase fish course with a small number of items for those who cannot eat a large amount of food. (Dessert is not included). Enjoy seasonal dishes and "famous sea bream chazuke".
All of our dishes are made with domestically produced natural torafugu (blowfish). Please enjoy seasonal kobachi dishes and authentic natural torafugu cuisine. Natural torafugu course can be reserved up to 4 days in advance. The price of natural torafugu depends on the availability of the fish, and may exceed the course price. Fugu milt is also available upon request.
