The grilled liver, heart, and intestines have a perfect rare texture, allowing you to appreciate the quality of the ingredients. The grilled offal and premium tongue skewers are also fragrant, conveying their freshness. The stew with beef tendons and root vegetables is tender, and the flavor of the chopped green onions brings it all together for a satisfying experience. The sliced raw horse meat expands in flavor when paired with condiments, making you want to keep eating. The drinks like vice sour and hoppy are enjoyable, and even the potato salad and omelet were delicious.
