The 'Miso Flavor' created after years of trial and error since our establishment is a secret taste made using several blended types of miso from Kyushu. The ingredients used are carefully selected, utilizing only domestic small intestines, among other meticulous choices. This 'Miso Flavor', crafted through such careful selection, offers a taste that sets it apart from other establishments.
The 'Soy Sauce Flavor' soup from Yamachu is a soup with a perfect balance of sweetness and spiciness, made with a base of light soy sauce, considering the umami components that seep out from the ingredients.
