This course is a must for fish lovers who can enjoy seafood carefully selected from all over Japan and purchased daily from the long-established middle wholesaler at the Toyosu Market. Only available in this course, monja is served with Japan's highest quality cod roe, fresh sakura shrimps, salmon, and scallops. In addition, the okonomiyaki with scallops from Chōmabe in a fluffy batter made with the utmost care, and yakisoba noodles with scallops, geto, scallions, and pork belly in a special soy sauce are exquisite.
This is the Tsukishima standard course that allows you to fully enjoy the deliciousness of Koboreya, available only for customers coming to the restaurant in groups of two. We offer a combination of Koboreya's standard items and course exclusive items. You can simply enjoy our signature ingredients, such as the Michelin Bib Gourmand Tempura Abe's fried egg and the broth made from Fukushima bonito and pork backbone from a long-established dry food store in Kyoto.
This is the "Koboreya" recommended course for customers who are experiencing Tsukishima monja for the first time. You can enjoy the pork and baby star sauce flavor that has been popular at downtown dagashiya since the Showa period, and the mentaiko monja, a Tsukishima staple made with a whole belly of Japan's highest quality mentaiko cod roe. In addition, you can enjoy special shoyu yakisoba noodles seasoned with special shoyu sauce and okonomiyaki made with fluffy dough.
