The set meals, which can be chosen from grilled or simmered fish, are abundant and exciting. The grilled black cod with Saikyo miso is moist on the inside and fragrant on the outside, creating a delightful taste. There are many small side dishes, each reflecting careful preparation. The dried daikon and egg also have a gentle flavor that makes it hard to put down the chopsticks. It's enjoyable to see the chef's handiwork over the counter, making the waiting time pleasant. The final dessert is refreshing, significantly increasing the overall satisfaction.
