Various types of breeding cattle from Sakaeya, a meat shop in Kusatsu City, Shiga Prefecture, are delivered to us and properly temperature-controlled in our aging room. You can choose your preferred type and amount of meat from this selection, and we will cut it from the bone and grill it on a thick iron plate made of Nambu cast iron. Generally, we offer a minimum of 200g.
