We can prepare it from one serving, so you can enjoy it when you just want a little or when you want to eat a lot. You can also add more offal, and we have noodles and zosui for the finish!
The platter is available starting from 3 items, so whether you want a little or a lot, there are options up to 7 items to satisfy your appetite! Additionally, there are various individual items available as well.
The fish in the picture is snapper marinated in sesame soy sauce. The fish used for marination varies daily based on the catch, including amberjack, snapper, and mackerel.
This is a set of 2 pieces each of pork belly, chicken gizzard, chicken thigh, chicken meatball, and sausage! There is also a half assortment with 1 piece each available. (5 pieces for 620 yen)
For an additional 90 yen, you can have ochazuke with salmon, mentaiko, or plum.

This is a set where you can choose and drink from the sake we have prepared! You can select 3 types from a regular selection of 6 to 8 kinds, including our standard Japanese sake and some that we only have one bottle of! Please be sure to try it at least once!
This sake is made by Shinza Brewery located in Osaki City, Miyagi Prefecture! This Hakurakusei, created with the theme of the ultimate food pairing sake, truly lives up to its name and pairs well with any cuisine, whether Japanese, Western, or Chinese. It has a floral quality and a refreshing taste!
This sake is made by Mitobe Brewery located in Tendō City, Yamagata Prefecture! The moment it touches your mouth, you can fully enjoy the rich flavor of the rice, and the aftertaste is outstanding! It's truly like the famous sword Masamune... A cup that is irresistible for dry sake lovers!
Oka Sake Brewery located in Futsukaichi, Fukuoka Prefecture! This is actually the oldest sake brewery in Fukuoka Prefecture! It has a gorgeous aroma while also allowing you to fully appreciate the umami of the rice that is characteristic of junmai sake!
In addition to Hakurakusei, Yamagata Masamune, and TAMA, we also stock various other sakes depending on the season! We offer a wide range of options, including fruity sakes and dry sakes! There are also premium sakes like the one in the photo as hidden sakes!!
This is a chuhai with cut and frozen lemons! There is a refill chuhai for 380 yen, so it is recommended for those who drink multiple cups.
