The main course is the very popular sukiyaki hot pot, where a waitress cooks and even serves the final udon noodles. However, what a great deal it is to even have Edogiku's signature fresh sashimi. Since sukiyaki is the main course, two large pieces (about 150 g) of A5-rank marbled Japanese black beef are also used (100 g for the sukiyaki course). This is a big difference.
Slices of Japanese black marbled beef for sukiyaki are luxuriously placed in hot water. The meat is thicker than most shabu-shabu meat, but it cooks in an instant. As one would expect from A5-rank beef. You don't need teeth to chew it. Even though it is A5 rank, it seems that they only use beef from female cows, which adds to the tenderness of the meat. It is served with handmade sesame sauce and ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice). The vegetables are also quite hearty. The udon noodles and soup are also served in a special broth. In addition to the shabu-shabu, fresh sashimi is also included in the price. It is such a good value course.
Edogiku's sukiyaki is a Kansai-style dish in which the meat is first cooked and then the vegetables are cooked. Unlike other restaurants where a waiter shows you how to prepare the dish only at the beginning, Edogiku cooks it right next to you until the very end, and even shares it with you. This is a 150g meat course. This is a great value course that includes an appetizer and four kinds of fresh sashimi before the sukiyaki hot pot is served. When using a private room or a private party, 15% of the food and beverage bill will be charged separately. Beverages are not included in the price (tax and service charge not included). The course price changes depending on the amount of meat, but is calculated at 4,000 yen (tax not included)/100g.

Most people think of shabu-shabu as a large pot that is enjoyed by several people, but at Edogiku, our waitresses cook and serve the food until the very end. We have handmade sesame sauce and ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice) for the sauce. Please choose Inaniwa udon or Zosui (rice porridge) for the end of the meal, and enjoy the lingering taste of the soup stock with its concentrated flavor.
