This is our original yakisoba made with carefully selected ingredients. The noodles are our original thin noodles, developed over 70 years at Tomitaya Noodle Factory, pursuing the optimal texture. The sauce flavor features a secret 'aged simmering method' that creates a rich umami and deep flavor, using Hirota sauce that clings well to the thin noodles. Additionally, it is topped with Kujo green onions from Kyoto and honkarebushi flakes, making it a proud Kyoto-style yakisoba.
