A dish originating from Kagoshima that was traditionally eaten with beef. In recent years, a famous restaurant for takikiku called 'Fukurinmon' in Tenmonkan, Kagoshima, has started using Kagoshima black pork, becoming recognized as a new style. Our restaurant sources only carefully selected ingredients from Hokkaido directly from the producers, and we offer a new genre of 'Hokkaido Takikiku' where you can put meat into a special soup of your choice in the center of our original pot and mix it with various vegetables on the side. Please enjoy 'Takikiku', an evolved version of shabu-shabu.
1. Set the stove to low heat, and when steam rises from the soup, use tongs to drop the meat and vegetables into the soup as needed. 2. Once the meat is cooked, the soup will already have flavor, so please enjoy the natural taste of the ingredients without adding anything at first. 3.
