The ultimate chicken hot pot achieved through extensive research. Using carefully selected chicken bones simmered in hydrogen water for 7 to 8 hours, we create a rich, odorless white broth. Fresh and plump Kyushu brand chicken, Hanamidori, is slowly cooked to perfection. Enjoy the uniquely rich flavor of the broth concentrated with the essence of Hanamidori chicken, and the juicy meat that bursts with flavor in your mouth.
Utilizing over a decade of experience in chicken cuisine, we have arrived at this 'Torimabushi' as a method to maximize its deliciousness. We use the most flavorful and tender thigh meat from Hanamidori. It is grilled with a deep richness and a gentle sweetness from Itoshima soy sauce.
For the first 1/4, enjoy it as is.
For the next quarter, choose your favorite condiment from seven options and enjoy it with the condiment. (Blending condiments is also recommended.)
The remaining 1/4 is with egg and condiments.
For the last quarter, pour the mizutaki soup over it. To keep the soup warm, it is recommended to place the lid on the rice container.
Carefully selected chicken bones are processed and then boiled with hydrogen water. It is left overnight to extract excess fat. Through this meticulous preparation, our water boiled soup is created. It has a creamy appearance, but the flavor is robust yet not overwhelming, making it light and refreshing. Please enjoy it seasoned with salt.
This is udon made with a broth full of the delicious flavor of Hanamidori Mizutaki.

We receive freshly made tofu every morning from a contracted tofu shop in the city. The slightly sweet soy sauce goes perfectly with it. This is our most popular snack.

A luxurious dish made with plump chicken sukiyaki, generously using large green onions from Kyushu, combining ingredients for an extravagant experience. By gently wrapping it with eggs, the soy sauce flavor and sweetness of the sukiyaki are finished in a mild way. (Negi Suki 1,380 yen)
Fresh and high-quality chicken wings are incredibly delicious. The wings, rich in collagen and with a structure that retains it, are an excellent cut of meat. Each wing is carefully grilled after being dipped in a grilling sauce.
This is rice without torimabushi. You can purely enjoy the plump meat and crispy skin. There are not a few customers who add more to their meal.
We have asked a contracted farmer in Asakura to freeze the strawberries immediately after harvest. This farmer is a professional who produces delicious Amaou using reduced pesticide farming methods. The crispy texture and sweet-tart flavor are perfect for cleansing the palate.
