A taste reminiscent of a starry sky, with an incredibly gentle mouthfeel and a refreshing feminine flavor of subtle ginjo aroma.
This is a raw sake made from carefully selected rice by Naoki Tomita, created from Yamada Nishiki grown in meticulously prepared soil enriched with fully matured compost.
This is a junmai sake made from the ultimate Yamada Nishiki, which was finally cultivated with repeated requests to Tanaka Farm, said to produce the best Koshihikari rice in Japan.
A fruity and unique phenolic aroma derived from wheat yeast is a major characteristic. Hops are used solely from the German Northern Brewer variety. It achieves a simple and refreshing bitterness.
A distinctive feature is the fragrant roasted aroma from crystal malt and chocolate malt. By using plenty of malt and hops, it achieves a full-bodied, flavor-rich drinking experience.
