This is a lunchtime-only plan that includes Yamaguchi Prefecture's brand chicken Choshu-dori, fresh fish sashimi directly from Yamaguchi Prefecture, tempura, and other ingredients produced in Yamaguchi Prefecture. This course can be used for lunch meetings and lunch entertainment. The price is a very reasonable 2,000 yen with after-meal coffee included!
This sumptuous lunch kaiseki course consists of eight dishes, including a platter of six kinds of Yamaguchi Prefecture's three major brand meats (Kirameki beef, Shikano Kogen pork, and Choshu chicken), fresh fish sashimi directly from the sea, and our specialty kawara soba (tile soba). This course is perfect for important lunchtime events such as lunch meetings and business entertaining. Coffee will be served after the meal.
