Enjoying the careful preparation of each and every dish @Honmachi | Happy to eat good food! Lately, I've been craving sushi! I'm sick of it! I'm sick of eating sushi! I can't go there when I feel like it! I was so surprised by the timing of the invitation to go out for sushi! Yay! Yay! Sushi! Sushi Fujiyama New restaurant opened on February 27th! The location is about 5 minutes walk southwest from Yodoyabashi station. The restaurant is located on the first floor of the OBIC Midosuji Building! You may think it is inside the building, but the entrance is on the side of the building. Please note that you cannot enter the store from inside the building! Inside the restaurant, there is a U-shape counter seating in front of you as soon as you enter. There are two private rooms and a semi-private room. We chose the best one right in front of the counter. I like to eat sushi at the counter! Cheers~~! ■Shochu high, Kabosu 450 yen Kabosu shochu high is a drink that I would order if I find it on the menu! I get so happy when I find it! I like the sharp acidity and fresh aroma of Kabosu. There are three omakase courses 7,000 yen 10,000 yen 15,000 yen A la carte orders are also available. We ordered the middle course of 10,000 yen! Vinegared Matsuba crab and sea urchin Matsuba crab cooked with crab miso and Hokkaido Buffoon sea urchin in a vinegared sauce. How luxurious! Crab cooked with crab miso... It was so fatty that I wanted to eat it again! Masanochi Saku I finally ordered sake! I've been thinking about whether or not to drink it, but... The "ball" is a small ball of rice topped with a small amount of soybean flour. The top is seared like a brûlée, so it's crispy! It's like eating pudding! Miso soup with aosa seaweed The aroma of the soup stock and aosa seaweed makes you feel at ease. Finally, something warm and comforting! ■Dessert We had fruits at the end! Hyuganatsu and Marihime! Marihime is so sweet and so delicious! I'm always wary of strawberries because I don't like them if they are sour, but I'm glad they were sweet! Sushi is delicious! I'm so happy to have sushi made right in front of me! The price is only 10,000 yen, and I am happy to be able to enjoy a real taste of it! I like the flow of tasting the entrée and then enjoying the nigiri. The fun time goes by so fast! After eating delicious food, you can start working hard again tomorrow! Thanks for the food!
