This shop, quietly located in a peaceful residential area, has a pleasant atmosphere from the moment you enter. The wine cellar at the entrance catches the eye, and the bright, open counter lifts your spirits. The appetizer is beautifully colorful, featuring a refreshing dish of prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella with peach pickles. The combination of the charcoal-grilled surf clam and eel with fried gnocchi enhanced by black garlic is also impressive. The summer vegetable bagna cauda served as a soup and the cheese-filled fried penne are playful and enjoyable. The explanations of the tea and drinks are thorough, and you can slowly savor the dishes being prepared right in front of you at the calm counter.
