A Casual Taverna to Enjoy the Warmth of Sicilian Home Cooking

Located near Higobashi Station, Taverna Maiare is the second branch where you can casually savor Sicilian cuisine. The bright, caramel-colored wooden interior creates a welcoming atmosphere, and dishes like handmade pasta, grilled fresh fish, and carefully prepared tripe pair perfectly with Italian wines, making the robust flavors of the food truly delightful. Whether you're stopping by for a drink after work or enjoying a leisurely meal, you'll feel as if you've been invited into a Sicilian home for a comforting experience.

In a bright interior with the warmth of wood, you can spend your time comfortably. There is a homely and warm atmosphere, and it's nice to be able to enter casually. The appetizer is full of vegetables, and the sweetness and crunchiness of the onions are very good. The homemade pasta has a great texture, and I particularly liked the dish with shirasu and green vegetables, which is fragrant with olive oil. The menu is well-presented and easy to read, making it fun to choose. There is also a selection of wines and cocktails, and you can enjoy them leisurely in a comfortably sized space.
