This course allows you to enjoy a dish carefully prepared with seasonal ingredients imported from all over Japan. We welcome you to our restaurant for important occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries, as well as for business entertainment and for solo diners. We look forward to serving you.
This Italian lunch course is available on Sundays at noon. We offer 5 dishes using seasonal ingredients. Please make a reservation by the day before.
Ravioli with meat and ricotta cheese
Sautéed white asparagus from Germany with Bolzano-style cherry salmon from Mount Hakodate, served with a salad of root celery and apple, Japanese deer ragout sauce, and smoked mozzarella mixed with beets in tagliatelle. Roasted milk-fed lamb from New Zealand with beer sauce and a side of instant kraut.
The daily special menu varies depending on the season and availability. A separate service charge of 10% will be added. Mineral water is included in the price.
