Sukiyaki Chikayo

The restaurant offers "Yakisuki," which is the highest quality, specially selected Japanese black beef ribeye seasoned only with sugar and soy sauce and carefully grilled piece by piece on the hearth in front of you. The special cast-iron pot was developed jointly with Sanjo Special Cast Iron Works in Tsubame-Sanjo, and the meat is slowly grilled over charcoal to bring out the full flavor of the meat. The rice is Nita rice, Koshihikari produced in Shimane Prefecture, and is cooked at once in a gas oven.

Located a minute's walk from Enoshima Station on the Odakyu Line, this restaurant is a hidden gem tucked away behind a residential area. The restaurant has U-shaped counter seats, each with a dedicated pot for one person. The exclusive pot is made of original ultra-thin cast iron and is designed to fit the meat nicely.
