Sukiyaki Chikayoko is a restaurant specializing in "yakisuki," which is a type of sukiyaki using only meat. Specially selected Japanese black beef ribeye purchased from the Tokyo meat market is seasoned with only sugar and soy sauce and carefully grilled in front of customers. The high quality of the simple sukiyaki prepared by Chikayo, the mother of the family, has made the restaurant a favorite among many people.
