Sitting at the counter, the chic space with a black theme and hip-hop background music is comfortable, allowing you to enjoy without tension. The ingredients are all fresh and free of any unpleasant odors, with the large sweet shrimp and the rare-textured simmered clam being particularly impressive. The rice made with red vinegar has an excellent balance of sweetness and acidity, making it easy to continue eating lightly until the end. The variety of rolls, such as the hot eel hand roll and the fatty tuna and sea urchin hand roll, offers enjoyable changes in texture and flavor. The thoughtful touches, like pairing mackerel with liver soy sauce and topping horse mackerel with green onion paste, shine through. Even the red miso soup and pudding served after the meal are carefully prepared, making this a wonderful place where excitement continues until the end of the course.
