Teppan kappou restaurant Yamabuki has introduced a new lunch course suitable for spring celebrations. Surrounded by the fragrance of spring ingredients grilled on the teppan, you can celebrate a new step forward for your loved one and enjoy teppan cuisine that sounds like a blessing along with beautiful Japanese cuisine. From 3/1 to 3/18, in honor of the Momo no Sekku (Peach Festival), we will start with gorgeous Hina Sushi, followed by Teppan Grilled Sea Bream with Shogoin turnip bean paste, grilled vegetables with rape blossoms for a bittersweet spring flavor, maitake mushrooms for their aromatic spring flavor, and Japanese black beef sirloin for the meat dish.
