I entered a shop located underground. The beef cutlet, which was quickly fried, has a nice medium red inside and is very tender. It's fun to be able to cook it to my preferred doneness on the stone plate right in front of me. I can change the flavor with soy sauce, wasabi, salt, and more, allowing me to enjoy it deliciously until the end. Combining it with barley rice and tororo (grated yam) pairs well, and I can't stop eating. I can also enjoy it in a chazuke style with bonito broth, which expands the ways to eat it.
