As I sat at the counter, I was immediately excited by the sight of the large, shining Icefish (Himi buri) right in front of me. The sashimi was rich with melting fat, reminiscent of high-quality meat. The lamb jingisukan had interesting textures depending on the cut, and when paired with koshiabura, the aroma spread pleasantly, leaving me impressed. The gari-infused chuhai that came out midway was refreshing and paired well with both the fish and the meat. The freshly made soba had a smooth and light texture, making it so delicious that I couldn't help but want a second helping. Thanks to the owner's dedication and warm conversation, I was able to enjoy a happy time until the very end.
