Enjoy a variety of seasonal ingredients such as oysters from Sanriku, sashimi of 5 pieces with raw tuna directly from Toyosu market, "Soup shabu with jaw soup" and "Extra-large tuna grilled with kama shio (salt)". This is a shochu made using the traditional techniques of five breweries located on an island off the coast of Kagoshima Prefecture, specifically on Nagashima. It is a traditional shochu characterized by its sweet and mellow taste. Its flavor is such that you won't get tired of it, making it a beloved standard shochu in Kagoshima Prefecture.

This is a sweet potato shochu made from carefully selected Satsuma sweet potatoes (Kogane Senkan) using black koji, brewed in a traditional manner, and finished with rough filtration. It has a rich and satisfying deep flavor, a fragrant aroma that tickles the nostrils, and a soft mouthfeel, resulting in a superb product.
This is the name of a famous horse that appears in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, said to 'run a thousand miles in a day.' First, when poured into a glass, a very elegant aroma wafts up♪ This pleasant scent is something you won't find in other shochu. Next, when you take a sip!? For just a moment, there is a soft, water-like mouthfeel, but then a rich umami quickly spreads throughout your mouth. A gentle sweetness that surpasses the essence of imo shochu lingers as an aftertaste.
