A bright red sign caught my eye, and when I stepped inside, it was a calming space. There are many handmade dishes using various beans, and the quality of the ingredients shines through. The gentle aroma of koji in the vegetable-rich soup is comforting and flavorful. The okara muffins change daily, offering a moist texture and mild sweetness that is delightful. The homemade fermented lemonade and the coffee, which is smooth even when black, are both very delicious. The small side dishes that incorporate seasonal ingredients and the fun texture of the beans make it enjoyable, allowing one to savor the experience even alone.
