About reservations
▶Please note that all courses will start at 12:00 for lunch and 19:00 for dinner.
▶To ensure that you can enjoy your meal in the best condition, everyone will prepare the food at the same time.
If you will be late, please contact the store in advance.
▶Please note that if you are late, your meal may be rushed or we may not be able to serve it to you.
▶If we cannot contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation.
▶Please note that we cannot accommodate vegetarians, vegans, or those who cannot eat seafood in general.
If you have many other food allergies, we may not be able to accommodate you, so please let us know in advance.
▶Please note that we cannot accommodate changes to allergies or foods that you do not like on the day of your reservation.
▶For reservations for 7 or more people, please contact the store directly.
▶If we cannot contact you after the scheduled time, we may have to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
▶ The credit card information entered at the time of reservation will be used for the purpose of charging a cancellation fee only in the case of cancellation within 24 hours of the reservation date and time, or in the case of unauthorized cancellation on the same day.
▶Payment can only be made on-site. (cash or credit card, contactless payment)
▶If you use a JAX card, debit card, or some prepaid cards, the amount will be deducted when the reservation is confirmed, but the refund will be processed approximately 1 to 2 months after your visit.
About children
▶We do not provide high chairs, etc.
▶There is no children's menu for lunch, dinner, or wine bar operations.
About cancellation
▶Cancellations made up to 3 days before the reservation date and time are free of charge.
▶If canceled 2 days before the reservation date, 50% of the course fee + tax (for the number of people) will be charged.
For cancellations the day before or on the day, 100% of the course fee + tax (for the number of people)
Basically, we will charge you regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Cancellations related to Corona will also be charged.
