The sashimi of hairy crab is rich in sweetness, spreading its deliciousness as it melts on the tongue. The specialty fried crab has a light batter, and the generous amount of crab meat inside brings happiness. The shabu-shabu of crab and abalone, enjoyed with soft-shelled turtle broth, clearly conveys the power of the ingredients. The rice cooked in a clay pot and the refreshing sweetness flow well, ensuring satisfaction until the very end.
