Special soy sauce ramen/tkg in earnest! I finally got to go to a restaurant I've been curious about for a long time! The clear soup is really exciting~(^o^) beautiful! The soup is lighter than I expected. The noodles were smooth and reminded me a little of Inaniwa Udon noodles 🍜The pork was juicy and refreshing with a hint of yuzu, so I never got tired of eating it ✨. The egg on rice with chashu is also wonderful (^-^)! Thank you very much for the meal!
