When dipped in the dipping sauce, The surface part of the noodle softens and the flavor of the soy sauce rides on it. Depending on the noodle you choose, the way the chicken oil is carried differs each time, and the strong flavor of wheat leaves your nose. I enjoyed dipping the noodles rather than eating them as they were.
