A recommended dish set featuring traditional Tosa cuisine!
Seared over high heat to bring out the flavor, then seasoned with salt to enhance the taste. This is a rustic local dish unique to the southern region of Tosa. Our restaurant uses fresh bonito caught by traditional single-line fishing. We have perfected a secret grilling method since our establishment, resulting in a crispy skin with rich fat. Please enjoy it with sun-dried salt or yuzu ponzu sauce.
