Reservations are accepted for 12 to 22 passengers. Please choose from Japanese, Western, or Chinese cuisine. A chef will be present when course meals are served. The basic course and deluxe course include appetizers, soup, main dish, and dessert. Due to fluctuations in river tide levels, there may be times when the gondola bar and houseboat cannot pass under low bridges (during high tide), so please be aware that the schedule may need to be adjusted.

The houseboat is based on a box rental plan. (A captain and a crew of two will board to support everyone.) Please note that due to fluctuations in the river's tide, there may be times when the boat cannot pass under low bridges, especially during high tide, and you may need to adjust your schedule. Basically, we set sail with a minimum of 12 people. We can accommodate up to a maximum of 22 people. Of course, even if you have fewer than 12 people, we have multiple boats and small vessels available, so we will suggest the most suitable boat according to your needs.

Basically, we operate departures between 12:00 and 20:00. Of course, we are open to discussions for use outside of these hours, so please feel free to consult with us. Please be sure to contact us for changes to the menu by 5 days before the boarding date, and for changes to the number of people by 3 days before. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations on the day. For charter boat cancellation fees, please refer to the following. Charter Boat Cancellation Fees: 3 weeks before the reservation date: 10% cancellation fee, 2 weeks before the reservation date: 20% cancellation fee, 1 week before the reservation date: 30% cancellation fee, 5 days before the reservation date: 50% cancellation fee, 3 days before the reservation date: 80% cancellation fee, the day before or on the day of the reservation: 100% cancellation fee.

Please be sure to gather at the boarding location at least 10 minutes before the departure time on the day of the trip. If you cannot adhere to the time, there may be cases where the boat departs after the scheduled departure time.

Once the provisional reservation (after acceptance) is completed, you must make a prepayment within 7 days from the acceptance. Once the payment is completed, the reservation will be finalized. We sincerely apologize, but if you are unable to make the payment within 7 days, we will have to cancel your reservation, so please understand. There is no parking lot owned by our company at the boarding area. Please use public transportation to get here, or if you are using a car, make sure to use the nearby paid coin parking.
