A course meal prepared in the Penguin style using seasonal local ingredients with hints from local culinary traditions and cuisines from around the world. A wide variety of ingredients are used, from familiar Okinawan ingredients such as papaya and loofah to rare Okinawan ingredients such as suna, chinook, and kuzu turmeric. We strive to carefully prepare our dishes while making the best use of the ingredients to bring out the best of the ingredients. You will be surprised by the freshness of the food when you try it. We also offer Ishigaki beef and premium seafood from the surrounding waters. Our chef is the owner chef, Hengin Xiaofeng. The dinner includes a large amount of seasonal ingredients from the island, and you will enjoy the "Hengin Dinner", which is limited only by the type of food served. The menu is a small and controlled system, so you can enjoy your meal in a quiet and peaceful environment.
