The elegant sweetness of cherry blossom jelly and cassis cream, combined with the refreshing tartness of raspberry rare cheesecake. Imagining sakura mochi with cherry blossom bean paste, gyuhi, and cherry leaves, this parfait blends Japanese and Western elements, embodying the essence of spring.
