The restaurant features a retro interior overflowing with a Showa-era atmosphere and horumon grilled on a shichirin (a seven-ring grill). The restaurant has been in Shinjuku since before the current hormone boom, and offers fresh hormone using techniques that the Ishii Group has cultivated over the years. The restaurant offers more than 50 different kinds of beef and pork hormone, each with a different seasoning for each part.
