I. Diamond malt from Czech Republic and rare traditional varieties produced in surrounding countries. It takes time and effort to carefully extract a high-quality, deep richness and umami. II. Using the 'decoction method' where wort is boiled all at once in a triple decoction brewing kettle, we extract a rich and fragrant wort. By repeating this boiling process three times, we maximize the appeal of diamond malt. III. Introducing a copper brewing kettle with a circulating design, we bring out a thick flavor and roasted aroma with high thermal conductivity.
