The atmosphere is spacious with a view of the kitchen. The hand towels on the walls add a touch of color, making it very comfortable. The meal is served in a partitioned dish with a variety of side dishes, allowing for a well-balanced enjoyment of rice, miso soup, and pickles. The sashimi of sea bream has a firm texture, and the tempura is light and crispy with a pleasant aroma. The hearty pork miso soup and pickled zucchini are also impressive, making it enjoyable to eat until the end without getting bored. The dishes are made with almost pesticide-free vegetables and carefully selected rice, showcasing meticulous craftsmanship.
