These chicken skewers are freshly made in our shop. The skewer, grilled until crispy, is exquisite. Our unique point is that we let it mature after the initial grilling. By aging it, you can enjoy a rich and deep flavor.
One of the most popular menu items, the melting soft bone is characterized by its texture that melts in your mouth rather than being crunchy. It is recommended to enjoy it lightly with salt ponzu. The flavor pairs well with drinks.
Sesame mackerel offered in limited quantities every day. We only serve mackerel that has been freshly caught on the same day, so you can enjoy the freshness. The sesame sauce we use is also our shop's special recipe. It is a perfect flavor for a snack with alcohol.
