The braised pork is cooked very carefully, with no unnecessary odors, resulting in a refreshing taste. The meat is so tender that it easily breaks apart with chopsticks and melts in your mouth. The seasoning is subtle, allowing the richness of the pork and the sweetness of the fat to shine through. Adding a little of the garlic sauce from the table enhances the aroma and makes it even more enjoyable. The creamy boiled egg and smooth mashed potatoes are also impressive, and even the pork soup is delicious. The clean atmosphere of the restaurant and attentive service, along with the provision of a small fan, made for a comfortable experience.
