The sake meter is an astonishing minus 40. It is a uniquely thick and sweet sake. Experience this ultra-rich and luxurious sweet sake. This is the essence of premium sake.
A refreshing type of sparkling sake made using the rice 'Jugemu' that is a specialty of Fukuoka Wakanami, and 'Fukuoka Dream Yeast No. 2' which is also used in FY2, finished with secondary fermentation in the bottle.
