This is a chiffon cake that can be said to be the symbol of our shop. It is a gluten-free chiffon cake baked in-house using rice flour, cane sugar, honey, soy milk, and eggs from Orimo Poultry Farm. This is a blend coffee that embodies the 'wild strength' and 'beauty of the moon' symbolized by the goddess Diana, who is both the goddess of hunting and the goddess of the moon. The deep-roasted Tanzanian coffee features a strong flavor reminiscent of dark chocolate and cassis, expressing the wildness rooted in the Tanzanian earth, reflecting the unwavering will of the hunting goddess Diana. Layered with this is the coffee from China, a vanilla infusion with oak barrel fermentation washed. The sweet aroma reminiscent of tiramisu and vanilla, along with a long-lasting aftertaste, evokes the beauty of the moon that captivates the senses, bringing brightness and depth to the entire blend. A combination of ruggedness and beauty. This blend coffee quietly attracts the heart with its contrasting duality, making you want to drink it again and again. A special blend created for our shop by Mr. Yamada from ROCA Coffee Roasters.

A drink that was once called 'red tea mushroom.' It is characterized by a slight carbonation produced by yeast and a refreshing acidity created by acetic acid bacteria. This is our original kombucha that we hope you will incorporate into your gut health routine.
"Kaskara" refers to the dried skin and flesh of coffee cherries, derived from the Spanish word "cáscara," meaning "husk." The coffee beans we usually see are the dried and roasted seeds of the coffee cherry. The husk, which is the skin and flesh, is often discarded as it has no use. However, since it is a valuable part of the fruit, we thought it would be great to enjoy it as a beverage. We have created a tea that has a sweet and sour aroma reminiscent of dried figs and apricots.
