It features the unique floral aroma of Nebbiolo with nuances of ripe cherry and spices. Characterized by strong tannins and a long finish, it pairs excellently with meat dishes and cheese. Tuscany (Central) Sangiovese: Chianti DOCG is a red wine representing Tuscany, certified by the Italian government with a high rating. According to Chianti regulations, it is medium-bodied with over 70% Sangiovese. It has fresh acidity and aromas of cherry and raspberry, with hints of spice and a touch of herbs.
Veneto region (Valpolicella area, northern part) Pojega (single vineyard): A historic prestigious winery in the DOC Veneto area. It has received high praise for Amarone and Ripasso. The 'Ripasso method' involves re-fermenting the pomace of Amarone (wine made from dried grapes) with regular Valpolicella wine.
