Although a relatively new establishment, it values the freedom characteristic of a small shop and flexibility in its menu, functioning as one of the local eateries. The person in charge of the kitchen is Chef Ono, who gained experience at the casual French restaurant “Gurisu” in Yoyogi-Uehara. His cuisine is characterized by a foundation in French cooking combined with free, creative ideas; popular dishes he prepares include a "foie gras macaron" and a bouillabaisse made with seasonal fresh fish. Working alongside Chef Ono, sommelier Mr. Takahashi focuses on natural wines that complement the food, and the two of them together support the restaurant's appeal.
