I visited Ikoyi, which has two Michelin stars and was ranked 15th in the latest The World’s 50 Best Restaurants. As expected, it has a strong uniqueness, and the use of spices creates layers of aroma, heat, and spiciness that bring out the ingredients in a three-dimensional way. While the level of completion is high, the overall spiciness is quite strong, and preferences may vary depending on one's tolerance for heat. The interior is minimal and serene, yet has an atmosphere that evokes a sense of foreignness, harmonizing naturally with the culinary world. The service is also appropriately calm, creating an ambiance suitable for spending a special time. I believe it is a very unique restaurant that conveys the reasons for its global acclaim.
