This was my first time going to a charcoal BBQ restaurant and the liver was amazing! There was a lot of fatty meat, which made me a little lean, but I think those who like it will be very satisfied. I read in the reviews that the restaurant is small, but I was able to sit down with plenty of room, so I didn't feel it at all! I also got a large banana on the way home and left with a full stomach! Next time I come here, I would like to think about the choice of meat so that I don't get overtired. I was very satisfied with this yakiniku restaurant! I would like to go back again.

The food is excellent, and the staff's response is cheerful and uplifting. I stop by every time I come to Aomori.

The atmosphere was calm and reminiscent of a residence, allowing me to relax in a private-style seat. The chef skillfully utilized his experience from a butcher shop, serving each cut of meat in its most delicious state, which was delightful. The beef and pork offal, primarily sourced from Aomori, were all fresh, and my anticipation grew even before they hit the grill. The thick tongue was flavorful enough with just rock salt, bringing a smile with its elasticity and richness. The lightly grilled liver melted in my mouth, spreading the aroma and sweetness of sesame oil. The shirokoro and heart were also refreshing with their light fat and overflowing meat juices, keeping me in a happy mood until the very end.

I enjoyed a delicious meal in a calm atmosphere. I had the mixed grill, which felt a bit luxurious for lunch, but I was able to spend a fun time with a friend I hadn't seen in a while. Next time, I would like to try the beef stew that caught my attention. Thank you for the meal. 😄👍
