I had it fried right in front of me at the counter, using ingredients that I usually can't eat, and it was very delicious.
For my mother's birthday celebration, I had a surprise plate made, and the customers also celebrated with us, which made her very happy.
Since my mother liked it so much, I will take her again.
Thank you for the meal.

The entrance had a slightly difficult-to-enter atmosphere, but once inside, I was relieved to find a bright space. The open kitchen is visible over a large counter, making it enjoyable to watch the cooking process. The signature dishes, such as the black grilled meat and the local chicken sashimi, were fragrant and juicy, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The side dishes like liver, deep-fried items, and thick-cut menma also had a homemade feel and were deeply delicious. Additionally, the original tea highball, made with tea bags, had a pleasant aroma and was a fresh surprise. The staff were lively and friendly, recommending dishes, so it’s a place where even first-timers can feel comfortable and enjoy themselves.

This is a hidden gem quietly standing in a residential area. The motsunabe (beef tripe hot pot) is based on miso, and the rich broth pairs well with the chewy tripe. The soup gently seeps into your body, and you can enjoy plenty of vegetables. For the finale, you can choose from champon, zosui, or even risotto, making it enjoyable until the very end. There are tatami seating areas where you can relax and have a leisurely meal. It can get crowded, so it's reassuring to make a reservation in advance.

There were 5 people in the reservation, so we were in a semi-private room at the back. The staff's service was good, and the food was delicious, so everyone was very satisfied. Thank you very much. We will come again.

I visited for dinner for the first time.
I usually don't go to Italian restaurants, so I felt a bit nervous about the manners and atmosphere, but the staff were very pleasant and kindly informed us about things we didn't know, without unnecessary trivia, providing only the necessary information, which made for a very enjoyable time.
Everything was delicious, but I particularly liked the grilled Buono pork; that was my favorite.
Next time, I will visit for lunch.
You can relax in a calm space centered around the counter. The ultimate iced coffee, enjoyed by pouring, is crisp and perfect even with ice made from coffee. It goes down smoothly when drunk black, and I love it with milk for added richness. The drinks come with a side of fresh chocolate and cake, giving a little sense of reward. The parfait, layered with homemade coffee jelly, ice cream, warabi mochi, red bean paste, shiratama, and strawberries, is also a perfect match. The coffee zenzai, combining sweetness and a slight bitterness, can be enjoyed with shiratama and vanilla ice cream.

It is a stylish space with a modern Japanese design, featuring soft lighting. In addition to sunken kotatsu tables and counters, there are private rooms, making it very convenient. The staff's smiles are pleasant, and their responses are quick, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The shrimp with mayonnaise sauce is crispy and pairs well with the sweet sauce. The tsukune (grilled chicken meatballs) become creamy when mixed with egg, and the creative fresh spring rolls and the combination of avocado and sashimi are also enjoyable. There is a wide variety of drinks available, and you can also enjoy tasting different types of plum wine.
