The reopened Brockenburger has a stylish exterior and an American atmosphere. The burgers come in 11 varieties and four sauces to choose from, all with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayonnaise. The meat is juicy and I was impressed with the patty. The onion rings were crispy and the fries were to my liking. The owner, who trained at REDS' BURGER STORE in Yokkaichi, is a master of his craft, and although this restaurant has limited admission, it is worth a visit with plenty of time to spare.
