This is my second visit to Tenjinbashi restaurant.
I usually go to the main store in Minamimorimachi.
But there is a reason why I came here this time!
It's because there is a meat that is only available at this store!
It's the Ichibo Roast (イチボロース \980}!
This meat is served with a spicy salad in the middle, and the raw meat is neatly arranged around it.
It is then grilled for 1 minute on each side, and when it is still reddish, it is wrapped with the savory salad and eaten!
It's really delicious!

The meat is delicious and worth more than the price! No matter when I go, the quality of the meat is good. I think the charcoal grilling on the grill is probably the secret to its deliciousness. Therefore, I have always wished that other locations would also use charcoal grilling. Other locations do not taste as good as this one.
The staff is mostly young part-timers, but I would be happy if they could study customer service a bit more. It is not necessarily a cheap place, and I would like them to have a bit more of a spirit of hospitality. There are hardly any people with lovely smiles.
I also feel a bit frustrated when I am always made to wait at the reception and get pushed outside once. It might be better to change the store's system a little.
But the meat itself is delicious, and I like this restaurant, so I will go again. I hope it becomes an even better restaurant, and I apologize for the lengthy message.
