Jidori Chicken Restaurant is located in Udagawa-cho. The signature dish, jidori no sumibi yaki (charcoal-grilled chicken), comes in two varieties: oyagicken (chicken with concentrated flavor) and wakamichi (tender, juicy chicken). The chicken is cut into bite-sized pieces and roasted over a charcoal fire, then served on a hot iron plate. We also recommend the "Chicken Nanban" with plenty of the owner's original tartar sauce.
