Since its opening in 2016, we have been serving sushi made with local fish from Toyama, Himi, and Shinminato, as well as fresh ingredients from Ishikawa. We cherish the natural flavors of the fish, preparing each piece with genuine care and showcasing the seasonal attractions of the region.
