Luxurious kaiseki cuisine prepared by the proprietress. We offer a variety of colorful, fresh ingredients and dishes prepared with care and attention to detail, along with Enso's specialty, eel-jyu (eel stew).
This is a luxurious eel course with plenty of Enso's signature eel.
For orders placed after you come to the store, it will take time to be served. Please decide on your order as far in advance as possible and enter it in the request field. Also, please note that the following dishes are only available by reservation until the day before. This is a superbly fluffy and tender eel rice dish. Please enjoy the beautiful grill marks and the authentic taste of high-quality Aichi Isshiki eel.
Unlike the traditional Hitsumabushi made with high-quality Enso eel, this dish features eel that is grilled until crispy without steaming, served with well-coated eel and hot rice. Enjoy it with condiments and broth. *Please note that it may not be available during busy times.
Please choose either the grilled eel with sweet sauce or the white grilled eel with wasabi soy sauce. It is great as a snack with alcohol or as a meal with a rice set.
